PERSEPSI RISIKO, KEPERCAYAAN DAN KEMUDAHAN TERHADAP PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN PAYLATER DI MASYARAKAT DESA TRIGADU

Abstract

PayLater is a payment method that made it easier for users to make purchases through an installment system. The use of paylater greatly affected people who did not fully understand the payment system and how to use it. The researcher was interested in conducting a study entitled “The effect of Risk Perception, Trust, and Ease of use on the Use of Paylater”. The study used a quantitative method with an associative approach by distributing questionnaires, which were then analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0. The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the effects of risk perception, trust, and ease of use on the use of paylater. The result showed that risk perception had a positive but insignificant effect on the use of paylater. Trust had a positive and significant effect on the use of paylater. Ease of use had a positive but insignificant effect on the use of paylater. Simultaneously, the independent variables had an effect of 0,466 or 46,6%, on the dependent variable.
