ANALISA MOTIVASI BELAJAR TARUNA POLTEKIP MELALUI DARING SELAMA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract

This study-research aims to analyze whether there is a positive influence between the learning motivation of the Correctional Polytechnic cadets on the learning achievements being carried out through online media. This study uses the Learning Motivation variable as an independent variable and the Achievement variable as the dependent variable. The theory used in this research is the theory of Need for Achievement (n. Ach) from McCllelland (2008). The method used in this study is a quantitative approach to data analysis and statistical data processing using the SPSS 25.0 application. Retrieval of data in this study using a questionnaire distributed to 286 cadets as a population and 87 people as samples in this study. The results of this study-research concluded that the cadets have high motivation and desire to achieve learning achievement through online media despite facing the pandemic of COVID-19.
